The Broken Hill Chamber of Commerce recognises Excellence in Customer Service by hosting the Excellence in Customer Service Awards which are presented to recipients at the end of each quarter.
To nominate an individual or business for an award, you can phone the Chamber from 10am – 2pm from Tuesday to Friday, email the Chamber at: email@example.com or collect a nomination from 2BH, Broken Hill City Council or Club Legion.
The Awards are sponsored by 2BH, Club Legion, The Caledonian, The Demo, YMCA and Dunes Restaurant. The Chamber also acknowledges the support provided by Broken Hill City Council and the Community Foundation to get the Awards established.

Elysia Rogers, YMCA: Recognised for consistent approach to working with customers across a range of age groups.

Jordon Emmett, NES Complete Home: Jordon was awarded for his capacity to take time and listen to customers and work above customer expectations.
Wayne Walker, owner of Charlotte’s Cafe in the Broken Hill Town Square: Wayne was recognised for his continued commitment to providing consistent customer service and going above and beyond to serve locals and visitors alike.
Craig Caruana, Far West Auto: Craig was nominated for his excellent communication skills and commitment to clearly explaining what needed to be done.
